We have been listening to this since childhood that we should not do the evil of the third person in front of others, but one more thing that I think is important is that if someone is doing evil of someone else then we should not take interest in it and he Should not enjoy If you show interest in it, then you also attract negativity somewhere. It would be better if you stayed away from such people, but if you are compelled to live together, then you become deaf and dumb on such topics, the front will itself calm down.For example if someone is joking about someone and you do not laugh at that then maybe he will not do so next time in front of you. Understand this also that those who make fun of others in front of you will also make fun of you in front of others. Therefore it is okay to discourage such people.
2. Compare the inside of the other
Say it human defect or the truth on some other is that the reason for many tragedies is that we do not have our own grief and the happiness of others is happiness. You try to rise above it, so remember that only a person knows the reality, we look at the external form of the people, and compare it with the real meaning of it. So we think that the front is more than happy to us, but the reality is that such comparison does not make any sense. You just have to improve yourself and do not have to compare the meaningless.
3.To depend on others for any work
I have seen many times that people can not fulfill their important work just because they depend on someone else. Do not depend on any particular person. Your goal; The task must be completed within the time limit, now if your best friend is not able to help you immediately, then you can take help of someone else, or you can do the same even if you can.
Doing this will increase your confidence, people who are self-reliant in doing small tasks, then even after passing big challenges too, then take this thing in your habit: it is necessary to complete the work. No person can be fulfilled only with the help of a particular person.
4 Feeling regret over what has passed
If something happened to you in the past that has hurt you, then regret it once … do it twice … Do not do it for the third time. Take what you can learn from that incident and look forward. People who cry their cry often and in front of others, instead of showing sympathy, they begin to cut off.
Everyone has their own problems and no one likes people who make life sad rather than happy. And if you do this then you are the loss of yourself more than anyone else. You are trapped in past, and you can not live this moment and prepare yourself for the future.
5. Focusing on what you do not want
The thing that we focus on in the entire universe increases surprisingly. So focus on what you want to see happen, talk about it, and not things that you do not want.
